Payment Policy
1. Cash on Delivery (COD) – Orders Above Rs. 10,000
- For orders with a total value above Rs. 10,000, partial or full advance payment may be required before dispatch.
- Once the order is placed, our team will share bank transfer details via WhatsApp or email
- Customers must transfer the required amount and share a clear payment screenshot
- After verification, the remaining balance (if any) will be payable via COD
Orders will only be dispatched after advance payment is confirmed.
2. Credit/Debit Card Payments (Pakistan)
We accept credit and debit card payments at checkout.
- Please note that card payments are processed through our international (UK) banking channel. As a result, some local banks may apply foreign transaction or international processing fees.
- Any such charges are determined and applied directly by your bank or card issuer.
- Khushposh does not receive or control these additional fees and is not responsible for any bank-imposed surcharges.

All credit/debit card payments are refunded to the original method of payment. As our payment gateway is UK-based, refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on bank processing times.
3. Repeat Cancellations
Customers who have:
- Previously refused delivery
- Failed to accept parcels
- Repeatedly cancelled orders after dispatch
Will not be eligible for Cash on Delivery (COD) in future orders.
Such customers may be required to pay in advance to place new orders.
This policy helps us reduce losses caused by dispatch and return costs.
4. Fake Payment Proof & Fraud Prevention
- Sharing fake, edited, or false bank transfer screenshots is considered fraud
- Orders associated with fake payment proof will be immediately cancelled
- Customers involved in such activity will be blacklisted and permanently restricted from placing future orders
- Khushposh reserves the right to take further action if required
5. Order Verification & Cancellation Rights
- Khushposh reserves the right to verify any order before dispatch
- Orders may be cancelled if payment verification fails or if incorrect details are provided
- Any attempt to misuse payment methods may result in order cancellation without prior notice
6. Customer Unavailability & Delivery Liability
If an order is returned due to customer unavailability, incorrect contact details, or failure to respond to the courier despite multiple delivery attempts, the dispatch and return costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Khushposh reserves the right to:
- Recover delivery charges
- Restrict COD for future orders
- Require advance payment before dispatching new orders
