Shipping Policy

At Khushposh, we work closely with our courier partners to ensure timely and secure delivery. Please review the shipping details below before placing your order.

Pakistan Deliveries

  • Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days after confirmation.
    In some cases, due to high order volume, weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances, delivery may take up to 2–3 weeks.
  • If your order is delayed beyond 3 weeks after dispatch, please contact us via WhatsApp for assistance.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

International Deliveries

  • Estimated delivery time: Approximately 5-10 business days after dispatch.
    Due to customs clearance procedures, international courier handling, or unforeseen delays, delivery may take up to 4 weeks or longer.
  • Once dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via email.

Customs Duties, Taxes & Refused Parcels (International)

  • We clear standard export duties from our end wherever applicable.
  • Any additional customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Khushposh is not liable for duties or taxes charged by foreign customs authorities.

Important:
If an international parcel is refused, unclaimed, or not accepted, customs authorities and courier companies may apply penalties, return charges, or disposal fees.
All such charges and penalties will be the customer’s responsibility, not Khushposh.

Additional Shipping Information (All Orders)

  • Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable contact number.
  • If delivery fails due to:
    • Incorrect or incomplete address
    • Customer unavailability
    • Failure to respond to courier attempts

A re-delivery attempt may be made, and the additional delivery charges will be borne by the customer.

  • Khushposh is not responsible for delays caused by:
    • Courier service disruptions
    • Weather conditions
    • Government regulations
    • Customs processing

Parcel Open Before Payment

For security and hygiene reasons, parcels are not allowed to be opened before payment. If there is any issue with your order, you can message us afterwards and we will be happy to assist you through our exchange and refund policy.

However, if a parcel is opened before payment by the customer, any missing, damaged, or mishandled items will be considered the customer’s responsibility, as this is against our delivery policy.
