Khushposh Exchange & Refund Policy

At Khushposh, we aim to make exchanges and refunds as smooth as possible. Please review the guidelines below before submitting a request.

Eligibility (Applies to Both)

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Must be in original packaging with all tags intact
  • Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • A clear photo of the item must be provided
  • Order must not be a replacement order

Not Eligible

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Customized or altered items
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Replacement orders
  • International orders (exchange not available)
  • Product change

EXCHANGE POLICY

When is exchange allowed?

  • Size issues
  • Incorrect item received
  • Manufacturing defects

Process:

  1. Message us on WhatsApp (+92 3136378673) with:
    • Order number
    • Item details
    • Clear photos
  2. Once approved:
    • Place a new order for the replacement item
    • We will arrange the exchange through our courier partner

Fee:

  • Rs. 250 (paid to the rider)

Important:

  • Do not send anything yourself for exchange
  • Exchange will not be processed without prior approval

REFUND POLICY

When is refund allowed?

  • Incorrect item received
  • Manufacturing defects

Process:

  1. Message us on WhatsApp (+92 3136378673) with:
    • Order number
    • Item details
    • Clear photos
  2. Once approved:
    • You will receive return instructions
    • Ship the item back at your own cost within 7 days

Inspection & Processing

  • All returned items are inspected by our Quality Control team
  • Refunds are processed only after approval
  • Processing time: 7–10 business days after inspection

Refund Methods:

  • Bank Transfer
  • JazzCash
  • Easypaisa
  • Store Credit

International Orders

  • No exchanges
  • Refunds allowed (same process as above)
  • Return shipping is customer’s responsibility

Important

  • Do not send items without approval, they will not be accepted
  • Returned items must match original condition

Fraud Prevention

  • Returned items are verified against original order records
  • Items must include the original invoice
  • Used, damaged, or incorrect items will be rejected
  • Fraudulent activity may lead to blacklisting
